How and when your order gets to you.
Processing time
Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day are normally processed the same day. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours.
Delivery time
We ship from a network of more than 60 distribution centres, so most deliveries arrive within one to two business days. Remote addresses can take longer. Freight items such as furniture, lockers and floor equipment are scheduled with you before delivery.
Shipping cost
- Many products ship free and are marked on the product page
- Where shipping applies it is calculated at checkout from weight and destination
- Freight and oversize items are quoted separately
- We ship within the United States only
Split shipments
Large orders are sometimes filled from more than one distribution centre, so items can arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for a split shipment.
Problems with a delivery
Report short, damaged or incorrect deliveries within 5 business days with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
